Develop Your Plan in 3 Easy Steps:
1. WELLNESS CONSULTATION
The very first step is to review your wellness history, including the nature of your injury and history with rehabilitation.
We will complete a full wellness consultation of your current physical standing and note any limitations or problem areas you may have.
2. CONNECT WITH YOUR PHYSCIAL THERAPIST
Next, we will talk directly with your physical therapist to get an understanding of the work they have done with you. We will be sure to ask any specific recommendations to continue building your strength back.
3. DESIGN YOUR PROGRAM
We work with you to build a plan that works for your current physical state while rehabilitating your injury to the point where you’re strong enough to integrate into other types of training or fitness classes. Our team members have diverse backgrounds in exercise physiology with subsets of training in therapeutic and corrective exercise.
