If you’ve completed physical therapy, you may be wondering how to ease back into a fitness routine without repeating your injury. We work with you (and your physical therapist) to pick up where your therapy left off and continue to help you build strength, confidence, and vitality post injury.

How We Develop Your Plan

Wellness Consultation

The very first step is to review your wellness history, including the nature of your injury and history with rehabilitation. We’ll complete a full wellness consultation of your current physical standing and note any limitations or problem areas.

Connect with Your Physical Therapist

Next we’ll talk directly with your physical therapist to get an understanding of the work they have done with you, along with any specific recommendations to continue.

Design Your Program

We work with you to build a plan that works for your current physical state while rehabilitating your injury to the point where you’re strong enough to integrate into other types of training or fitness classes. Our team members have diverse backgrounds in exercise physiology with subsets of training in therapeutic and corrective exercise. We’re here to help you on your continued journey back to a stronger and healthier you.
