Cupping

This is an add-on service to your regular massage and will be incorporated into your treatment time. Negative pressure, rather than tissue compression is superior for bodywork for pain, stubborn conditions, repetitive strains, and inflammation.

Active Isolated Stretching

Active Isolated Stretching is a gentle passive stretching program that allows your body to warm up and achieve better flexibility and range of motion safely and effectively. This can be done before or after a training session or event or in combination with a massage. This treatment is done fully clothed (gym clothing preferred) and is the perfect addition to your training regimen!
